Policy Rules


Cancellation Policy - Spa treatments are specifically reserved for. We kindly ask you, that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are not able to keep your appointment. Same day Spa packages appointments are non- refundable and will be charged at full value if cancelled.

24 hour notice is required to reschedule appointments . If not given this will result in a 50% charge of services. 100% charge will apply if there is a no-show for scheduled appointments.

Arriving for your Appointment 

Please plan on arriving at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time for you to check in and relax before your treatment.

Arriving Late - Arriving late for your appointment will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment; your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Appointment Cancellation

If you cannot maintain your appointment, a 48 hour change or cancellations notice is required to avoid being charged.

Appointment Scheduling

All appointments have to be reserved with a credit card.

Required to hold time slots for group event - A non- refundable deposit and a credit card is required to secure all group events.

Group Cancellation Policy

Any services not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-show will be charged the full service value price to the credit card used to secure appointments.

All event and party bookings must be finalized no later than one week prior to the scheduled event.

Refund Policy

Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on spa services, gift certificates, or retail products. All sales are final.
