All credit card transactions are subject to 3.5% terminal tax. If you want to avoid this fee, you can pay with a debit card. We also accept cash and tap to pay

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule appointments, this does not include spa packages like Relaxation package, Gentleman’s Package or Indulge package which are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to give us a 24 hour notice, you will be fully charged for your services. If you need to move or reschedule any packages please notify us three days in advance

Arriving for your Appointment

Please plan on arriving at the Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time for you to check in and relax before your treatment. Arriving Late – Arriving late for your appointment will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment; your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Appointment Scheduling

All appointments have to be reserved with a credit card.

Required to hold time slots for group event – A non- refundable deposit and a credit card is required to secure all group events.

Group Cancellation Policy

Any services not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-show will be charged the full service value price to the credit card used to secure appointments. All event and party bookings must be finalized no later than one week prior to the scheduled event.

Refund Policy

Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on spa services, gift certificates, or retail products. All sales are final.
